Shipping & Delivery

Delivery Methods 

We aim to dispatch Standard orders within 2 working days and Special Delivery on the same day if the order is placed before 2pm. If you require your cards quickly, then we highly recommend ordering via Special Delivery. 

Special Delivery Orders: For orders placed before 2pm Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays) will be shipped out on the same working day otherwise they will be processed the next working day.  

Estimated delivery time: 1-2 Days Monday - Friday (excluding Saturday) | Insured up to £750 

Standard/Signed For Orders: We aim to ship these orders within 2 working days of them being placed. We do prioritize Special Delivery orders. 

Estimated Delivery time: 1-4 days | Insured up to: £20 Standard/£50 Signed For 

Collect in Store Orders: Collect in store orders can take up to 24 hours to process. If required sooner, please give us a call on 01494 728181. We will also send you a text to let you know that your order(s) are ready for collection. 

Special Delivery Saturday Guaranteed Orders: If you need your cards on a Saturday, then these orders will be shipped Friday if ordered before 2pm Friday.  

Estimated delivery time: 1-2 Days Monday - Saturday | Insured up to £750 

Collection at Events: These orders will be available for collection at our trade stand over the course of the event. Our cut off for orders at events is usually 72 hours before the event if national or 24 hours if local.  

Further Details: 

At Axion Now, we will deliver to the dispatch address provided by you, the consumer, upon payment of your order. 

• It’s your responsibility to check if the address you provide is correct.  
• If packages sent by a tracked service are refused by you or your representative at the given address or returned due to non-payment of charges such as customs or import duty, then any charges incurred by us here at Axion Now may be deducted, at our discretion, from any refund later made for that order. 
• Please note that neither Royal Mail, nor our courier services, will collect from us or deliver on Bank Holidays. 

International Shipping - by Royal Mail 

• Supported European countries only 
• You, the customer, are responsible for any customs charges or import duties payable on receipt of international packages. 
• If a package is refused by the consumer or returned due to non-payment of any charges or duties, or the provision of an incorrect address, any charges incurred by Axion Now in shipping and recovering the package may, at our discretion, be deducted from any refund later given for the order. 

a. International Standard 

• Estimated delivery time 6-7 working days  
• This delivery method is not tracked 
• Estimated delivery times are provided by our postal services, and packages can take longer to arrive, or may be subject to delays at Customs 
• Lost claims can be made 20 or more working days after the due date for delivery. 

b. International Tracked & Signed 

• Estimated delivery time 3-5 Days  
• Estimated delivery times are provided by our postal services, and packages can take longer to arrive, or may be subject to delays at Customs 
• Lost claims can be made 20 or more working days after the due date for delivery 
• International Signed for - This service uses the same estimated delivery times as Standard International, but comes with tracking and delivery confirmation. 
• This service is insured up to £250.
